Amico, Domenica (Messina), of East Boston, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at ninety-three years of age.
Beloved wife of the late Michele Amico.
Dear sister of Salvatore Messina of Revere, and the late Lilla Inglisa, Giuseppe Messina, and Graziella Ruggiero.
Cherished grandmother of Maria, Giovanni, Alberto, and Michael.
Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Domenica was born in Sicily, Italy on January 11, 1928 to her late parents, Salvatore and Giuseppina (Furmentino) Messina. She came to the United States in 1966 and settled in East Boston, where she lived throughout her life. Domenica was a member of the East Boston Golden Age for many years.
