Dolores “Dee” (Moats) Fullmer, 86, of Tunnelton, WV, died on Sunday, August 21, 2016, at Preston Memorial Hospital.

Dee was born June 12, 1930, in Erwin, WV, a daughter of the late James Howard and Goldie Elsie (Sisler) Moats.

She worked as an addiction counselor for 20 years at Preston Memorial Hospital before retiring in 1996. She was a life member of the Fort Butler Post 826 VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Kingwood; she attended the Irona Full Gospel Assembly Church in Kingwood.

She is survived by her sons and spouses, Willard R. Fullmer of Walkerton, VA, Randall M. and Nancy Fullmer of Tunnelton, David M. Fullmer and Wilma Thorn of Tunnelton, Kevin E. and Penny Fullmer of Rowlesburg, Russell H. Fullmer of Tunnelton; two brothers and spouse, Paul Moats of Tunnelton, Charles and Rose Ann Moats of Lenox; three sisters and spouses, Cora and Jack Wilson of Arthurdale, Dora Lea and James Everly of Kingwood, Shirley and Bill McKinley of Moorefield; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Willard Ray Fullmer Sr., February 11, 1979; three brothers, Dewey Moats, Donald Moats and an infant; one sister, Opal Nelder; daughter-in-law, Leaveain Fullmer.
