Dolores “Dee†Apperson Aaron, 67, of 309 Berry Rd., Callands, VA died at her residence on Friday, January 8, 2010. Born January 2, 1943 in Alexandria, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lillian Florence Apperson and the late Samuel Lee Apperson. She was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church and was employed as a baby photographer. She was married to William “Corky†Aaron who preceded her in death April 21, 1997. “Dee†is survived by a daughter, Karen L. Plum of Callands , a son, Michael Penn of Woodbridge, VA; two brothers, John Apperson and wife, Linda, of Woodbridge, VA and Samuel Apperson and wife, Alysha of Manteo, NC; six grandchildren, Tricia Siebert of Callands, Tracie Crabtree of Missoula, MT, Matthew Plum and MaKenna Plum both of Callands, and Kelli and Brittney Penn and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and two special nieces, Jeannette and Samantha. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Jimmy Apperson and Willie Apperson.
