Dmitry A. Fedorov, 28 of Emmett, went home to be in the presence of our Lord and Saviour in the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
Dmitry had the privilege of being raised in Emmett, Horseshoe Bend and Banks Idaho. His early education began in Horseshoe Bend and completed in Emmett, graduating from Black Canyon High School in 2006.
In December of 2010, Dmitry met his sweetheart, Nina Sherlock. Together they brought two beautiful baby boys into their family. Konstantin D. Fedorov came first in September of 2012 followed by Yuri D. Fedorov in March of 2015.
Dmitry had a great love for his Heavenly Father and Lord, Jesus Christ and his family and friends.
During his young life he sustained multiple injuries that caused him to live in constant pain; making it difficult to sleep and yet he worked hard and provided for his young family. He began moving irrigation pipe in Horseshoe Bend at 13 which began his love for ranching. Dmitry took great pride in the work he did for 13 years at the Beckman Ranch in Sweet, Idaho followed by employment for Boise Gun Company in both Boise and Nampa, Idaho. During these years he made lasting friendships and loved to share stories about their time together.
Family was extremely important to Dmitry. Whenever they needed him, he was there without question or hesitation.
He is survived by his sweetheart, Nina Sherlock and their sons, Konstantin D. Fedorov and Yuri D. Fedorov of Emmett, Idaho; his parents, William (Bill) and Sara Hopwood of Emmett, Idaho; his siblings, Sonya R.(Hopwood) Carlson of Moscow, Idaho, LeLonnie J. Hopwood of Middleton, Idaho and Michelle A. Hopwood of Astoria, Oregon; his grandparents, Betty J. Martz of Emmett, Idaho and William (Bill) and Marge Hopwood of Emmett, Idaho; aunts and uncles, Mike and Debbie Hopwood of Emmett, Idaho, Sue Hopwod of Emmett, Idaho, Julie Hopwood, Emmett, Idaho, Don and Carla (Martz) Cooley of Boise, Idaho, Jeff and Patricia (Martz) Miller of Boise, Idaho, Doug and Cathy (Martz) Hulac of Meridian, Idaho; cousins, Jeremy Hopwood, Chris Hopwood, Sam Hopwood of Emmett, Idaho, Samantha Hopwood and Desiree Hopwood of Portland, Oregon, Michael Mejia and John Paul Mejia of California, Tammie Burtelsen of California Timothy Miller of Boise, Idaho, Phillip Larson of Funny River, Alaska, Stephanie Kelleher of Phoenix, Oregon, Vanessa Larson of Silverton, Oregon, Scott Hulac of Fairbanks, Alaska and Kelly Jordan of Boise, Idaho and numerous second cousins and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William L. Martz of Emmett, Idaho; his uncles, Kenneth Hopwood of Boise, Idaho and James Martz of Emmett, Idaho.
The parents and family of Dmitry would like to offer gratitude and thanks to all of his precious friends and family who extended their arms of love and compassion and always took the time to listen without judgement. He is and always will be missed and is forever in our hearts.
