Dianna S. (Kendall) Adcock Gilbert, 67 of Marion, Indiana died on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Indiana.
Born Tuesday, February 4, 1947 in Fairmount, Indiana the daughter of the late Charles L Kendall and the late Viola May Smith Kendall she attended Fairmount High School.She married Ronald Adcock.He preceded her in death in May 1972.She married James W. Gilbert on July 27, 1974.He preceded her in death in April 2011.Dianna was a self-employed caretaker for veterans.She enjoyed her grandchildren, puzzles, eucher and singing. She was a former member of Community Chapel Churchin Fairmount and was a member of the Marion Moose Lodge and the Upland Order Eastern Star.
Surviving are 4 sons,David Adcock of Marion, IN, Joe (Katherine) Adcock of Marion, INRonald (Tammy) Adcock of Marion, IN, and John (Angela) Gilbert of Auburn, IN, daughter, Tammy (James) Deal of Cumberland, KY, Brothers, Eugene (Penny) Kendall of Matthews, IN,Doren (Joyce) Kendall of Muncie, IN and Robert (Marcie) Kendall of Marion, IN, sister, Aileen Jackson of Marion, IN; 7 grandchildren:Heather Adcock. Alexis Deal, Madison Adcock, Bryson Adcock, Lily Gilbert, Alexis Laramore and Riley Sleeper.
She was preceded in death by a sister Juanita Riley and a brother David Kendall.
