Diane Marie Peters, age 68, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.
Diane was born May 5, 1953 in Marshfield, WI to Arnold and Dorothy (Greening) Konop. Her marriages to Roger Mancl and Leonard Peters ended in divorce.
She was employed as a sorter operator at McCain Foods in Plover until her retirement.
Diane loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed getting the whole family together at the same time. She enjoyed watching and feeding the birds and attending the Amish auctions.
Diane is survived by her children: Brian (Christy) Mancl, Jamie Mancl, Craig (Courtney) Mancl, Kelly (Richard) Blue, Riley (Alsonja Rucinski) Mancl, Blake (Brianna Herman) Peters, Jared Peters, Jennifer (Joseph) Sammartino, Leonard Peters Jr., Bill (Chris) Peters, Ron (Becky) Peters, Brenda (Harry) Schultz, and Sherry (Rob) Rotar; grandchildren: Zachary Shannon, Stephanie (Jared) Thompson, Jonah (Cassie) Mancl, Brianna (Jaeden) Saeger, Hunter (Madison Migut) Mancl, Hannah Mancl, Reed Mancl, Makayla Peters, Skylar Kempen, Aspen Joosten, Brenner Joosten, Avery Johnson, Montgomery Johnson, Lilly Mancl, Gavin Peters, Vincent Sammartino, and Sienna Sammartino; great-grandchildren: Addison Thompson, Keaton Mancl, Kayden Mancl, Everleigh Saeger, Declan Mancl, Mila Mancl, and Graham Peters; brother, Alan (Jane) Konop; sisters: Susan Konop, Sandra Konop, and Debra (Dan) Scheider; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and infant siblings George and Charlene Konop.
