KUIPER, Diane passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014. Diane was born April 14, 1942, in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, the daughter of the late Jan and Riemke Dykstra Toering. She lived in Kalamazoo for many years, where she worked for the Upjohn Company as a bookkeeper. On September 21, 1962, she married Bernard Kuiper, who preceded her in death on February 3, 2013.
Diane is survived by her children, Cary Tammy Kuiper of Portage and Deb James Sears of Grand Rapids; grandsons, Ryan, Kyle, and Cameron Kuiper, Hayden & Parker Sears; a brother, Mark Shirley Toering; two sisters, Betty Heimstra and Marian Roger Cook; nieces and nephews.
