Diane was born on January 28, 1956 in Waterbury, daughter of Theresa Gomes-O’Connor and the late Joseph Gomes. Diane worked for prime components until her time of illness as a quality insurance inspector.
Besides her husband, Robert, and mother, Theresa, Diane is survived by two sisters, Patricia Kirschbaum and her twin Donna Valenti and her husband Sebastian; brother William O’Conner; four nieces Dawn, Jessica, Emily, and Meghan; and one nephew, William; one great-niece and several great-nephews. She also leaves behind her dog Ernie. Her brother Joseph Gomes; her stepfather William O’Conner; and her nephew John LeBlanc predeceased her.
