Hazel Diane Bateman, 54, of Virginia, IL died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
She was born June 9, 1956 in Jacksonville, IL; the daughter of Robert W. and Rosemary Frank Bateman and they preceded her in death. She is survived by two brothers, Robert Bateman (wife, Dianne) of Literberry and David Bateman of Virginia; a sister, Connie Butler of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews.
Miss Bateman was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and volunteered at Walker Nursing Home in Virginia.
