Diana J. West, age 56 of Davis, IL, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Friday, April 21, 2017. She was born July 19, 1960; the daughter of the late Earl and Rose (VanWalt) West.
Diana was a cook for Woods Crossing Assisted Living in Freeport. She enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Lakeside Women’s League. In her younger years she loved riding on the motorcycle. She also enjoyed taking daily car rides and going out for dinner.
She is survived by her significant other of 17 years, Charles Buss of Davis; sons, Joshua (Erica) Meinert of Seward, IL and Todd Meinert of Freeport; three grandchildren; brother, Earl (Mary) West Jr. of Juda, WI; and sister, Rosie (Walter) Balsinger of New Lisbon, WI.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy; and sister, Dory West.
