Dennis Elden WellsAge 73 of Corunna passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Sparrow Hospital.A memorial service will be held Thursday 4pm at New Creation Church with visitation from 3pm until the time of service. Military honors will follow the memorial service.Dennis was born January 19, 1949 in Elyria, the son of Warren and Doris (Smith) Wells.He graduated from Riverview High School in Sarasota, Florida, the class of 1967. Dennis attended Florida State university where he obtained his bachelor degree. Dennis proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp.Dennis enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors, especially camping and golfing. He looked forward to taking his grandkids to the park and out to lunch. Most of all Dennis loved spending any time with his family.He married Debra Ann (Fox) Wells in Winter Haven, Florida on February 12, 1983.Business suited Dennis, he worked as a residential contractor for 20 years. Dennis was also a Pastor at the Unchained Church.Dennis is survived by his children, Nicole (Doug) Rau, Joe’l (Kalen) Ruggiero, Elisabeth Wells, Seth (Jessica) Wells, and Samuel (Alexis) Wells; grandchildren, Caleb, Lukas, Grace and Abby Ruggiero, Ariana and Iris Wells, Allison, Kendall and Harper Wells and Connor Matuousek and Christian (MaKenzie), Addison and Jaxon Rau; Mother; two brothers; two sisters; and many other loving family and friends.He was predeceased by his wife, Debra Ann Well and his parents.Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
