Dennis Ray Jensen returned home to his Father August 9, 2016. Dennis was born on April 3, 1952 in Brigham City, UT to Isaac and Jennie Jensen; he was number 4 of 5 children.
Dennis was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt, camp, and fish. This kind man was an eagle scout and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Arizona. He valued hard work and was a man of faith always believing in Our Heavenly Father and Our Savior, Jesus Christ. Dennis and Corinne moved to Montana in 1986 with their family to pursue a new life as owners of Jensen’s Family Market, a small town grocery store.
Dennis worked hard to provide for his family having various jobs including school bus driver, computer technologist, and hydro-electric plant owner. His family was his joy. Denmark and Dayna Jensen live in Utah and have four boys. Amber and Kent Burgess live in Texas with their 6 children. Allison and Jeff Davis live in Utah with their 5 kids. Emily and James Evans and their 6 kids reside in Idaho. Erin and David Rooley also live in Utah with their 5 children. Kate and Carl Rupp and their 5 kids live in Idaho. Jennie and Japeth Rupp live in Utah and are expecting their first.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Corinne, his 7 children, 32 grandchildren, his brother, Jay Glen Jensen, and his sister, Joyce Cox.
One day this family will be reunited in God’s Kingdom. Until then, we pray this man will have peace and comfort.
