Dennis R. Lowe Jr., 79, of Wallingford Road Flemingsburg passed away Monday March 28, 2011 at his residence. He was born April 28, 1931 in Fleming County to the late Dennis R. Lowe Sr. and Alma Davis Lowe Duff. He was a retired construction worker and farmer .
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Lena May Lowe in February 2008.
