Dennis K. Mossman, 70, of Hudson Lake died at his home on Monday November 25, 2013. He was born January 10, 1943 at the family home at Hudson Lake, New Carlisle, IN to William and Mildred (Conklin) Mossman. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth and William Mossman and by a son-in-law, Bill Maesch. Dennis attended New Carlisle High School and after leaving school enlisted and served three years in the US Army with an honorable discharge. He then worked as a semi truck driver for 45 years. He retired from BOC Gases, South Bend, in 2008, with two consecutive one million mile safe driving awards, a member of the Two Million Mile Club. Dennis is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Bartmess-Stevens) his childhood sweetheart, who he married in 1980 in Rolling Prairie. He is also survived by one son, Ron (Shannon) Mossman of MN; three daughters, Valaina Mossman of New Carlisle, Pamela (Dean) Hubach of CA and Deann (David) Hicks of AZ; three step-daughters, Bobbi (David) Maesch of Rolling Prairie, Jeri Stevens of LaPorte and Jodi Stevens of Niles, MI; a brother, Richard Mossman of Louisville, KY; 24 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. 201 S.
