Dennis E. Wilhoite, 65, Anderson, died April 7, 2012 at Integra Specialty Hospital, Muncie, Indiana. He was born April 4, 1947 in Anderson, Indiana, and was a lifetime resident Dennis was graduate of Anderson High School. He served his country in the US Army.
Dennis worked at Pendleton Correctional Facility for several years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge Sulphur Springs 348 F. & A.M., Order of Eastern Star, VFW; little league groundskeeper and baseball coach in Franklin, Indiana.
He is survived by his sons, James F. Wilhoite Jennifer Coonce, Anderson & David Brown; three brothers, Jimmy Wilhoite, Benny Wilhoite Nadine & Clarence Wilhoite; sister Kathy Key Dan; 11 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy McCoy Wilhoite, son, Dennis E. Wilhoite & brother, Kim Wilhoite II.
