Delta Faye Oakley, 76, of Bloomington, passed away Monday, December 27, 2010. Born, August 27, 1934 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Pete Hamm and Leota Hamm Bohall.
Delta was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed traveling, camping and most of all being with her family. After retired from Cook Inc., she prepared food for the students at Tri-North Middle School.
Survivors include one daughter, Lorene Robinson (Tony), three sons, Mike Oakley (Janet), John Oakley (Denni) and Tom Oakley all of Bloomington, 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Delta was preceded in death by her husband, David R. Oakley (1991), a son, David L. Oakley (1992), a brother, Bill Hamm, two sisters, Margaret Elliott and Mary Vest.
