Delores P. Singleton, 72 of Vista, CA passed away July 5, 2012 at Rancha Vista Nursing Home and Skilled Medical Facility in Vista, California.

Ms. Singleton was born January 21, 1940 in Centralia, daughter of Robert and Josie (McNichols) Pully. Ms. Singelton is survived by a brother, Boby Pully of Chicago; two sisters: Blanche Thorhill of Queen Village, N.Y. and Jenny Pully of Battle Creek, Michaigan; close friends: Dorothy Miles of Sun City, CA, Jean and Willie Wilson of Long Beach, CA, Pam Dunkleberger of London, OH, Esta Biggs of Tucson, AZ, Adam Dunkleberger of Madison, WI, Alaina Dunkleberger of London, OH, Aaron Dunkleberger is in the U.S. Navy; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Ms. Singleton was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and one sister. Ms. Singleton attended and graduated from Centralia Township High School. After graduating from High School she worked in Springfield, IL at the State Capital. After a short stay in Springfield, she moved to Chicago for one year. Following that she moved to Southern California, where she resided for some forty years. Delores worked for the Marine Corps for twenty years at Camp Pendleton, California.

She then retired from Camp Pendleton and then was employed by the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service. Her job position was the Senior Payroll Technician. This department is now under the Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Singleton retired from the Department of Homeland Security on December 31, 2010. Memories of Delores will forever be cherished by her Brother and Sisters and her dear friends.
