FOSTER, Dell Duane died June 18, 2014, at age 82. Dell was born October 10, 1931, in Beulah, ND to the late Donald and Elizabeth Schwartz Foster. Dell was united in marriage to Marilyn Darnell on October 1, 1977. Dell was a longtime member of the West Oshtemo Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army from August 1949 until honorably discharged in December of 1952.
He was proud to have served as a medic during the Korean War.
Dell is survived by his wife, Marilyn Foster of Kalamazoo; daughter, Shelia Al Findley; step-children, Pam David Oldberg, Karen Walter Kaminski, Tim Paff, and Susan DeSchot; grandchildren, Blake DeSchot, Nicole Findley, Shawn Laura Oldberg, Sarah Paff, Kari Kaminski, Walter Kaminski, Traci Ryan Berkebile, and Amy Paff; and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Wynona Childers.
