Naugatuck Debra Lynn Lennon (Pemberton) passed away peacefully at her home on March 14, 2015 with her family at her side. For the past 17 years, Debra fought courageously battling a brain tumor. She was the wife of Clarence (Cary) A. Lennon Jr. Debra was born October 30th, 1956 to Jean L. (Jenkins) Pemberton of Beacon Falls and the late Douglas R. Pemberton in Albany, New York before moving to Beacon Falls in 1960. Debra attended Laurel Ledge School and graduated from Naugatuck High School in 1974. Most people will remember Deb for her bright smile and extremely positive attitude whether it was welcoming children on the school bus in her early working years as a Naugatuck bus driver or greeting clients at Naugatuck Savings Bank where she worked as a teller for the last 17 years. It was at the bank, that Deb formed many long lasting relationships with her warm and caring personality. Never one to complain, with grace, Deb battled a brain tumor while still finding time to enjoy the simple things in life.
