Debra “Debbie” Kay Roberts, 68, of Avon passed away in the late morning of October 16, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 23, 1952 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late John and Mary “ Winnie” Sullivan. Debbie was attending the University of Southern Mississippi, on a musical scholarship, where she met her future husband David Roberts, as they were preparing of the Ministry. They were married on December 30, 1972 in Terre Haute. Indiana. Debbie had a true passion about music and loved to perform. The Roberts home was always filled with music.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband David Roberts; children David Roberts Jr. (Jenny), Dena Shomali (Jerry), Danny Roberts (Kristina), Darren Roberts (Becca) and Danae Trent (Stephen) ; brothers John Sullivan (Danette) and Mike Sullivan (Helen); half-sister Georgina Ross Penney of Elmsdale, Nova Scotia and grandchildren Halie, Brooke, Blake, Rose, Kate, Declan, Clark, Vera, Sullivan, and Elliott.
