WINSTED -CLAPPER – Debra Clapper, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, May 19, 2016. The daughter of Barbara Clapper, sister of Donald, Dawn, Richard, Wayne and late brother, Mark. She is survived by her three sons, David with fiancé Angela, Thomas with wife Alicia, and Salvatore with wife Amanda and five grandchildren who she loved immensely; Zachary, Jadah, Julianna, Neela and Dante.
