She was born Sept. 1, 1960 in Douglas, Ariz., the daughter of Winford and Sharon (Burk) Washington. She attended South Montgomery schools. She had previously worked for Raybestos.
She is survived by Her parents; her companion, Paul Simpson of Crawfordsville; son, Jason Washington of Augusta, Ga.; brother, Cliff Washington of Crawfordsville; two grandchildren, Alexander Lee Washington and William Vincent Washington
