Deborah Lynne Falls, 56, of Gaithersburg, MD died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. Born October 13, 1960 in Lexington Park, MD, she was the daughter of Virginia A. Stafford (husband James E.) of Silver Spring, MD and Gene L. Falls (wife Edna J.) of Carolina Shores, NC.
She graduated from Sandy Spring Friends School and Montgomery College. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland and her Master’s Degree from George Washington University. Deborah retired after 32 years of Federal Government Service at the FDA, Health and Human Services at an upper management Associate Director position. During her successful career, she received numerous awards and promotions for analytical evaluations of ophthalmic devices and supervisory duties. In her free time she enjoyed traveling the world, golfing, spending time with her niece and nephew and having long lunches with her best friends.
Deborah is survived by her parents, sister Tammy and brother-in-law David Nocket, her FAVORITE niece Lexi and FAVORITE nephew Logan Nocket. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins and the BEST girlfriends a person could have.
