Deborah Ann Waiters, was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 16, 1959 to Mary M. (Robinson) Herring and the late Willie Herring. She departed this life on October 23, 2007. Deborah was educated in the Brooklyn, NY public school system. At an early age she began to live with her Aunt Rosie and Uncle Hervey (Tucker) who she considered Mom & Dad. Deborah begin to sing in the church choir, she enjoyed singing and going to church. On March 4, 1986 she married Ronnie and this year they celebrated their 21st Anniversary. She had one son Ronald Jerome.
We were blessed to have had the opportunity to share our life with a very special person, Thank God for the blessing. She leaves to cheerish her special memories, husband Ronnie Waiters of the home, mother Mary Herring, son Ronald Jerome Herring, sister Dianne (Aaron) Reagan all of Brooklyn, NY; brothers Willie (Llorna) Herring, Queens, NY, Tyrone (Gloria) Herring, Harrisburg, PA, Chris (Sherrill) Herring, Lithonia, GA; Aunts Annie Mae Tucker, New Haven, CT & Edith Hugh, Brooklyn, NY and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends & special loved ones that she considered her “sister & brothers,” Dee Dee (Delores McMillian), Donald McMillian, Michael Tucker, Maurice Badger, Robert Badger, Radiamess Cook, Tabliah Tucker and dear & special “Aunt Betty” (Betty Perkins).
