Survivors include her husband, Jerome Fowler; son, Chris Fowler; mother, Emily Jeraldean Sapp; sisters, Diane Ernest (Foster), Kathy Self (Charles), and Patricia Kimbrell (Doug); and brothers, Preston Sapp (Inez) and Jerry Sapp (Nancy).
