DeAnna Louise Hickenbotham of Fort Walton Beach, FL, died peacefully on Thursday, June 2, 2016. She was surrounded by family and friends. She recently was Honored for her sustained extraordinary achievement in mental health treatment for Okaloosa and Walton counties. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Hickenbotham; daughter, Susan H. Kirkpatrick; and son, Tom Hickenbotham.
