David Wayne Moore, 45, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 24.
He was born April 19, 1961 in Muncie, IN, to Jack and Shirley Moore. He was preceded in death by his brother John Moore.
On March 19, 1994, David married Roxanne Kurdys, who survives along with four daughters, Jaime (Asa) Oswalt, Muncie; Casey Kurdys, South Bend; Kelsey at home; Monica at home; one granddaughter, Gracie Oswalt; one grandson, Jeremy Huffman, Jr.; his parents, Jack and Shirley Moore, Muncie; one sister, Kem (Steve) Tegler, Flagstaff, AZ; four nieces and one nephew.
David graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1979 and Ivy Tech in Muncie, IN.
He was a member of the Oddfellows, the local Plumber and Pipefitter Union 172 and was employed by O.J. Shoemaker. David shared his love and wonderful sense of humor with everyone, but especially his family and friends. He was always young at heart and loved teasing and playing with his daughters and grandchildren. He enjoyed playing golf with his father and friends, although he would never be a pro. David touched many lives and will be remembered for his quick laugh, mischievous grin, and generous nature. He always valued and loved his family and friends. He will be missed more than words can ever express. He lived his life with love, laughter, and joy!
