David Ross Smith, loving Husband, Father, Son and Brother joined the love of his life in Heaven on March 12, 2022
Born: February 13, 1937, he was 85 years old.
Dave was such a wonderful man, anyone one that he ever met would instantly become a friend, and he was a friend to many.
He loved the Denver Bronco’s and was their biggest fan. He had season tickets from the first year the Bronco’s played at Mile High and enjoyed going to the games with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Dave loved to bowl and was a very talented bowler, he was on various leagues for a good portion of his life. He also loved to golf, fish and waterski.
Dave served in the Army National Guard and was very proud to have served his Country.
Dave was a salesman most of his life of high tech electronic manufacturing equipment and supplies, and owned two companies during this time. His natural charm and friendliness made him very successful at sales.
Dave is proceeded in death by his wife Mary A. Frampton Smith, his children Rick L. Rawson and Sharlene Porter and his grandson John Daniel (JD) Rawson; his parents Robert and Helen Ross Smith, siblings Margaret Smith Rowland, Thelma Smith Holman, and Gerald R. (Jerry) Smith.
Survived by his children Staci Knapp, Kevin L. Rawson and Lorie A. Rawson, Sister Judith A. Ross Smith, 15 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
Dave will be missed by every life he touched, especially by his children.
