David R. Shultz of Plymouth, passed away at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital on April 1, 2021 at the age of eighty-four. He was the beloved husband of Betty Ann (Schneider) Shultz for sixty-six years; loving father of David Shultz, Jr. of North Carolina, Steven Shultz and his wife Jennifer of Plymouth and Kevin Shultz of Plymouth; brother of Leslie Shultz of Wisconsin, Carol Ann Smith of Tewksbury, Earl Andrews of Methuen, Arthur Andrews of Stoneham and the late Ellen Morris. David was born in Marlborough on September 4, 1936 to the late Leslie and Lucy (Hirst) Shultz. He was a self-employed brick mason. He enjoyed photography, gardening, singing and music. He was a Deacon and a member of the choir for many years at Duxbury Church. David had a deep devotion to his faith and loved life, his church, his church family and everyone he met. He is now in the arms of his savior Jesus Christ.
