David Murphy Jr. 60 of 3849 Harrells Hwy. passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill N.C.
David was born to the late Annie Bell Murphy and the late David Murphy Sr. David attended Sampson County Schools. He loved fishing, music , but most of all his daughter and grandkids.
David Murphy Jr. leaves behind to cherish his memory; Daughter : Samantha Diane Highsmith, Brother : Henry Dee Murphy. Sisters : Annie Doris Herring and Joann Murphy. 2 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his brother James Edward Murphy. Special long time friend Vivian Highsmith.
