David M. O’Donnell, 57 of Galena, IL passed away suddenly on Wednesday March 11, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, Pa and raised in Bensalem, Pa; he lived in New Port Richey, Fl and Toms River, NJ before moving to Galena, IL seven years ago. David attended Bensalem High School in Bensalem, Pa.
He had numerous truck driving jobs until he proudly opened and operated the Galena Cab Company in Galena, IL. He was predeceased by his parents John and Carolyn O’Donnell and his brother John O’Donnell, Jr. Surviving David are his two sisters; Regina O’Donnell of Toms River, NJ and Kathleen Kelsh and her husband James of Audubon, Pa. Also survived by his nephew Richard Groody of Mont Clare, Pa and his two nieces, Erin Ryan of Seaside Park, NJ and Megan Kelsh of Audubon, Pa.
