On Monday, May 3, 2021, David Blake Hobbs, beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather passed away too soon at the age of 67.
Dave was born on May 26, 1953 at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho to Gordon Alan Hobbs and Martha Jane Blake Hobbs (Bohenkamp).
Dave grew up in Plainfield, Indiana. He worked many years for Hobbs Nursery in Plainfield, Indiana and Monrovia Nursery in both Azusa and Woodlake, California.
Dave always had a love of life, people and plants. He enjoyed his many years working in the Nursery Industry as a Plant Craftsman from Indiana to California. His hobbies included camping, hiking and riding his motorcycle as well as gardening, reading, and a desire to always learn.
Dave is survived by his wife, Sally, daughters, Shanna Hobbs (Ivan), Valerie Cummings (Steven), and grandchildren, Vincent and Amelia Cummings.
