David Anthony Creel, 54, of Lake City, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 after a sudden illness. He was born in Lake City on October 1, 1967 to Rachel Helen Markham and the late John Larry Creel.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Markham Trumbach of Lake City; daughters, Erika Barrs Edenfield (Josh) and Emily Creel. He also has one grandchild on the way, and is survived by his lifelong faithful friend, his dog, Bucky Creel. Numerous extended family members and friends also survive.
