David was born in New Castle, Indiana on July 18, 1957 and has lived most of his life in the Cambridge City community. David had worked for the Hillside Nursery for several years and then moved to Palmetto, Florida for 10 years where he worked at The Clock Restaurant. After moving back home to Cambridge City, he had been employed by Cutshaw’s Family Market for the past 8 years.
