Darlina Kay Truman, 69, of Fairmont, West Virginia passed away on August 14th, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born July 24th, 1953, daughter of the late Leora (Starcher) Lacy and Paul Truman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Truman, and step-father, Jesse Lacy.
Darlina was strong in her faith. She enjoyed attending church, reading and spending time with her cat, Precious. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Darlina always had a smile to give and a laugh to share with those around her.
Darlina is survived by her four children – Troy Herron, Kevin and spouse Patricia Herron, Angie and spouse Brian Irons and Anthony Ours; seven grandchildren – Elaina and spouse Dan Finn, Tyler Herron, Krista and spouse Matthew Dixon, Kevin Herron, Greyson Irons, Chase Ours and Triniti Ours; and four great-grandchildren – Jackson Finn, Stella Dixon, Adalynn Dixon and Ellis Dixon. Also surviving are two sisters, Mary and spouse Earl Leasure and Susan Saporito.
We would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Ruby Memorial Hospital for their kindness, of which will always be remembered, as well as Julia King for her many years of love and care.
