Darlene L. (Hybki) Harvey, 93, of Peru, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at her home.
Harvey was born December 11, 1924 in Peru to Joseph and Agnes (Bekeleski) Hybki. She married Robert A. Harvey on June 23, 1950 at St. Valentine’s Church in Peru. Mrs. Harvey had been employed at Westclox, Heptagon and Hobbs. She was a member of St. Valentine’s Church in Peru. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and playing in weekly card clubs with her girlfriends. Survivors include her son, Keith Harvey of LaSalle; two granddaughters, Amy (Josh) Witzman and Andrea (John) Ahlstrom; five great-grandsons, Hunter, Parker and Zachariah Witzman and Levi and Henry Ahlstrom and two great-granddaughters, Madison and Aleena Ahlstrom. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert on March 17, 1999; her parents and her sister, Lorraine Di Virgilio.
