Darcy L. Shaw, 65, of Fishers, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 at Community North Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born September 3, 1947 in Indianapolis and graduated as Valedictorian from Mt. Vernon High School in 1965. She held a BA, MA and EDD from Ball State University. Darcy was a psychologist and taught on army bases in Germany, Holland and Italy for the Ball State Extension.
She was a member of Noblesville Eastern Star and loved reading and gardening.
She is survived by her mother Madiejane (McKay) Shaw of Fishers; brother Tony (Michelle) Shaw of Fortville; nieces Wendy Shaw, Emily, Abby and Hannah Glazier; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Elbert M. Shaw.
