Danny was born in Muncie on June 6, 1984, the son of Dorssie Ray and Geneva Ann (Fears) Carter. He was a graduate of Southside High School.
Survivors include a son, Dreayden Carter, Muncie; a daughter, Latosha Locke, Muncie; two sisters, Wendy Carter, Muncie, and Dusty Carter, Muncie; and five nieces and nephews, Haven, Aubrey, Akora, Lucas, and Jakori.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
