Dannie Peck, 71, of Ottawa, died Friday evening, July 8, 2011 at his home.
Dannie was born June 10, 1940 in Irons, Michigan to Earl Francis and Mabel (Jensen) Peck. He married Carol Marie Blank on September 28, 1959 in Chicago. She died January 8, 2011. He was an engineer for the State of Illinois Armory in Joliet for 20 years.
He is survived by three children, Daniel F. Peck of Kangley, Dawn M. Barwan of Woodstock and Glenn W. (Melissa) Peck of Orland Park; five grandchildren, Tina, D.J, Glenn Matthew, Brooke and Skyla Peck; one brother, Earl D. (Beverly) Peck of Tinley Park. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol and two sisters, Mabel Soulier and Virginia Peck.
