Danielle Marie Johnston, age 21, Arcadia, IN died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Riverview Hospital. She was born August 3, 1990 at South Bend, IN to Danny Robert Johnston and Tamara Lee Smith. She was a senior at Hamilton Heights High School.
Survivors include her father: Danny Robert Johnston of Cowpens, SC, her mother: Tamara Lee Smith of Mishawaka, IN, her brother: Danny Johnston of Mishawaka, IN, several aunts and uncles, her legal guardian: Michelle Stansberry of Frankton, IN, her special teacher: Susan Ryan McCoskey, and several special friends and caregivers from Arcadia Developmental Center and Hamilton Heights High School. Danielle was an organ donor so others could live a healthy life.
