Daniel M. Mutchler, 85, of Nisbet, died Monday, October 25, 2010, at Sycamore Manor.
Dan and his wife, the former Doris Edith Brownlee, celebrated their 60th anniversary on July 1st.
Dan retired in 1985 after 30 years as a carrier with the U.S.
Born August 24, 1925 in Jersey Shore, he was the son of Foster D. and Martha Lehman Mutchler.
Surviving besides his wife, are a son, Robert D. (Becky) Mutchler of Cogan Station; a daughter, Diane Mutchler Steppe of Nisbet; brothers, Lester Mutchler of Danville and Richard (Kathy) Mutchler of Jersey Shore; a sister, Lois Stryker of Williamsport; grandchildren, Kyle Mutchler, Erin Ulrich and Jeremy and Joel Steppe and great grandchildren, Tyler Ulrich and Brea Mutchler.
