McGary, daughter, Amber (Josh Angelo) McGary; step-granddaughter, Elise Angelo; parents, Fred and
Josephine McGary; siblings, Fred McGary, Jim (Lisa) McGary, Mary Jo Podlish; sister-in-law, Sheila Pimentel, brothers-in-law, David Bundoc, Ross Bundoc, Richard (Julie) DeLorme, Greg (Mary) DeLorme; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends including Papa’s special dog friends, Marco and Mona.
Dan proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 27 years and most recently worked for the New York State Thruway Authority. In his spare time, Dan liked to “buy junk and sell antiques.” He enjoyed projects, working around the house and spending time with loved ones. He adored his family and often referred to his wife and children as his 3 best friends. Dan will forever be remembered for his sense of humor, his ability to make a room full of people laugh and for his loving devotion to his family.
