He is survived by his wife of five years, Kathleen Milligan Hankins, Buford, GA; daughters, Ryanne Hankins, Buford, GA, Autumn Austin, Buford, GA; father, Leonard Lee Hankins; mother Christina Bertetto; sisters, Kiersten Reeves, Lee Anne Bertetto, Mary Beth Parnell; brothers, Decimus Parnell, Franklin Parnell, Riley Parnell, Travis Hankins, Brady Hankins; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Hankins was born December 15, 1987, in Litchfield, IL.
He was a 2006 graduate of Gillespie High School and attended Lincoln Lynn Community College. He was employed with Calsaic Plastic Company. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending his time with his daughter and family.
