D’ANDRE “Heavy” O’NEIL DRIVER was born on May 2, 1994 in Indianapolis Indiana to his loving parents Jacqueline Driver and Alfred Ferrell, Sr. He accepted Christ at a young age of 7 at Mt.
D’Andre graduated in 2012 from Indianapolis Public School, John Marshall High School where he inherited the nickname “Heavy”. D’Andre loved everything about music. Since high school he’s been writing lyrics in notebooks, he and his sister would create a beat on whatever’s close and she would be his biggest fan. He felt like being a good father was his biggest achievement, his purpose for being a better man.
Dre was blessed with the gift to counsel & encourage others and learned to embrace that gift, he never met a stranger.
D’Andre “Heavy” O’Neil Driver departed this life on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the age of twenty-six years, seven months. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Alford Ferrell, Rita Williams & Eugene Riley, Sr.; brother: Alfred Ferrell, Jr.; aunts: Eugenia Riley, Pearl E. Williams and Margaret A. Williams; cousins: Mariah Smith, Dominique Williams & Tiffany Hughes.
