Dallas D. Patrick Jr., age 43 of Elyria passed away Friday September 17, 2021 in the University Elyria Regional Medical Center following a short illness.
Survived by Wife Carrie(Reynolds) children Cora,Clayton and Molly His mother Tammy Fisher, Father Dallas and step father Daniel Fisher Grandmother Joann ” Tip ” Thompson and sister Michelle (john) and nephew Richard
Proceeded in death by his Infant children Baby Patrick,CourtneyJessie,,Benjamin, and Hunter. Grandfathers Clayton Thompson, Kearnie Patrick and grandmother Erma Jean Patrick
He was a Graduate of Margaretta HS and is a former volunteer Firefighter with the Townsend township fire department
He served the community with passion and pride for the last 16 plus years as a paramedic with Lifecare ambulance. Anyone who knew Dallas knew he was the job. It was his passion.
He was a caring loving and very involved father to his children and wife.
