Dale William Young, 48, passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2022. He was born on December 19, 1973 in Frisco, Colorado to Dale A. Young and Sherlene L. Young. He married Amanda Rideout on June 20, 2008 in Broomfield, Co. He and Amanda started a family and have 3 young boys, Caleb (13), Colton (9) and Maverick (4). Dale also has another son from a previous marriage, Riley (25).
Dale attended Colorado School of Mines where he received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He then spent 25 years in construction, working at Shaw Construction, The Neenan Company, Brinkman and his recent company Pinkard Construction. He was the Director of Field Operations at Pinkard and always had a great impact on the company and the people. He loved what he did and always strived to change the industry with his innovative way of thinking.
Dale loved basketball, woodworking, boating, camping and vacations with his family. Dale has coached over 100 boys in the Parker area over the last 8 years and will be greatly missed in the sports community. Dale could build anything and fix anything. He loved to work with his tools and build things from scratch. The family loved boating and vacationing together.
Dale’s sense of humor and smile will never be forgotten. He had a way of making the whole room laugh with his witty humor. His children were his proudest accomplishments and his unconditional love for his family was evident in all he said and did. He will be missed deeply.
Dale is survived by his wife, Amanda of Parker, Colorado, his sons Caleb, Colton, Maverick and Riley, and his sisters Dalene, Danna, Dee and his brother Doug.
