Dale Leslie Barrows, 65, of Vernon, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, July 31, 2015 at home.
Born September 14, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Bernice (Elliott) Carnell.
Dale will be sadly missed but always remembered by her family and friends. Survivors include her children, Cecil Barrows and Leslee Barrows, both of Vernon; three grandchildren, Alexis, Jaden and Cecil III; a sister, Nancy VanZander of Colchester and numerous extended family and friends.
