Dear Carol and family, Just wanted you to know you all are in our thoughts and prayers. Bill and I are in Florida and felt bad when we read the Tribune online today. You were always so nice to my folks and great neighbors.

We want you to know how it saddens us to have lost our brother and how much you must be feeling the loss. We are trying to concentrate on the happiness and love he brought to our lives. I can especially remember the summer corn roasts and the family dinners we had around your dining room table. We especially loved to come to ” the farm ” and watch the cows in the pasture. In the winter time there were always tales of snow mobileing involving Bill and Dale. At this time the pain covers over the good times, but as time passes the good memories will be what survives.
