Daisy Teresa Quinones-Rodriguez, 76 years of age of Brooklyn, has transitioned to be with our Heavenly Father on February 4th, 2023.
Daisy was born on August 30th, 1946 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Santia Quinones and raised by Pedro Hernandez Sr., who was an amazing stepfather to her. After graduating from high school, she relocated to live in Brooklyn, New York.
As Daisy began her life here in New York City, she had her first child in November 1971, Ederly. After having Ederly and navigating her life as a mom, she had another child in July 1973, Norman, her second child and last child.
Daisy decided to dedicate her life to being a remarkable and admirable mother. Daisy’s unconditional love for her children, family, and the friendships she held dear to her was an immeasurable passion that was full of support. It is evident that her goal was to improve the lives of those around her.
Daisy was predeceased by her mother, grandmother, Eufemia, middle brother, Gilbert, and stepfather. Also surviving are her younger brother, Pedro Jr., daughter Ederly, and son Norman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and countless members of her immediate and extended family.
