D. Jane (Meyer) Donarski, 89, of LaSalle, passed away at 10:18 AM Monday, October 04, 2010, at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru. Mrs. Donarski was born November 12, 1920, in LaSalle, a daughter of Bruno and Grace (McCrindle) Meyer.
She married John W. Donarski on November 3, 1945, in LaSalle. He passed away on April 11, 1977. Mrs. Donarski was a retired Registered Nurse having served at St. Mary’s Hospital. She received her training at St. Mary’s School of Nursing. Her family was her pride and joy.
Survivors include three children, Rebecca (Ralph) Faught of Springfield, Sarah Ann (David) Golick of Peru, and David A. (Raelene Klimek) Donarski of Minong, WI; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and her brother, David Meyer of LaSalle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John; one grandson, and her sister, Marion Archer.
